My stay was really really nice for 3 nights longer. Got the same standard quadruple room booked online with TV. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent there, very close to everything. I found Symposium offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. Enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you very much.

Its location was particularly good, near the Ha long Bay, Wietnam and all the restaurants and shops. Btw, we admired Lewes Priory Park, based not too far away from the hotel.

The staff were kind and good, with extra attention to the details. The location very close to the center was marvellous. It was good to be 1 km away from Coffee Quan Co, serving short-orders.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, short walk to Halong Bay. The staff was very nice and excellent and we could use wake up calls and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. Having breakfast with bread and jam was a nice bonus...

Reasonable prices and convenient location close to the beach and Ha Long Bay. The hotel is brand-new, providing a comfortable stay in Chan Chau. Good proximity to local amenities, restaurants, shops, and tour agencies.

Recommend. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with large beds as well as TV and care about everyone. Quiet and incredibly comfortable setting, it's adjacent to the Monkey Island and Lan Ha/Ha Long bay and really good restaurants.

The noise from the elevator was a bit disturbing, especially during the night. Also, there was a occasional unpleasant smell in the room, although it didn't last long.

Tucked away from the main street, this renovated place offers incredible value with clean rooms, AC, and large bathrooms. The beds are the most comfortable we've experienced, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are decent and will keep you going until lunch. Affordable scooter rental available.

had an amazing stay in cat ba island, and Thu Thuy Cruise - Travel exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast, although basic, was satisfactory given the price. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre and offers easy access to both the bays. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean and big bathrooms. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast provided is basic but adequate. the hotel also offers convenient facilities such as motorbike rental and tours at affordable prices.

Some guests mentioned that there was no hot water available.

The rooms with a river view had gates, which was a nice feature. The location was right next to Monkey Island and between both bays. 🌊

had an amazing time at this cozy hotel in cat ba island. the room was spacious, clean, and had two windows. the location was convenient, and the owner was super nice. booked a fantastic boat tour through them. definitely recommend staying here.
